When the batter is done, use an ice cream scoop to place 3 heaping spoonfuls of batter on each parchment lined baking sheet.  Spread them out so you have plenty of room to form the crust. Then use an offset spatula, or table knife to spread the batter into 6 inch circles about 1/4 inch thick.

Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes, until top is set and bottoms are just beginning to brown.

Remove from oven, let cool and store in the refrigerator for up to one week, or in the freezer for up to one month.  Recipe will make approximately 6 six inch crusts, 4 eight inch crusts or 2 ten inch crusts.

For pizza, top with your desired sauce and toppings and bake on a baking sheet at 420 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-7 minutes.

This also works great as a gluten free flatbread to serve with hummus or for sandwiches!
