In response to The Daily Post’s weekly photo challenge: “Enveloped.”
I can almost see the railroad workers; laboring under the hot Savannah sun, tending the garden to escape their troubles and stress. The cooler soil of the garden refreshing their bodies and minds. The plants absorbing their strife and converting it like some cosmic chlorophyll, rendering beauty and strength into each stem, leaf and flower. The fruit of their endeavors regenerating them in harvest.
