King Arthur Flour’s Gluten Free Pumpkin Cake Doughnuts recipe. Tested and approved by my family. The only substitution I made was my own gluten free flour mix (1 cup brown rice flour, 1/2 cup potato starch, 1/3 cup oat flour). Here is a link to the recipe:
Cinnamon Sugar Tip: Only dredge the doughnuts you will be eating immediately in the cinnamon sugar. These doughnuts are so moist, the cinnamon sugar dissolves into them when you store them. You can always heat them slightly in the microwave then dredge them in the cinnamon sugar when you are ready to serve them.
This recipe yielded 18 delicious doughnuts for me. You might want to double the recipe. My family loved them so much, they were gone in a flash!
