Spoon homemade or store bought hummus on assorted vegetable slices, I used radish and celery here. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle with black sesame seeds (toast them in a warm pan for a few minutes first to release their oils). Serve!

You can find the sesame oil and black sesame seeds in the international section of the market. Store the sesame oil in the refrigerator when not using it, as it can go rancid quickly when stored at room temperature.
