Golden gems of flavor to eat as a snack, a garnish or a mix in for your breakfast bowls, trail mixes, yogurt or ice cream!
- Brown 2 tablespoons of salted butter in a saute pan (heat the butter in the pan over medium heat just until it begins to turn amber, remove from heat immediately)
- Mix brown butter in a shallow casserole dish or parchment lined baking sheet with 2 peeled and chopped apples, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 tablespoon of raw sugar
- Roast in the oven at 250 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 to 50 minutes
- When cool, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
