Yellow ladybug in the withering winter garden,

scouring decaying canna for a meal,

unaware of the mighty impact it’s existence propels,

weightless.

    We are finally back to normal temps, had canna shoots coming up amidst dead ones until about 3 weeks ago!

    Interesting to hear about a living winter garden-everything is frozen here–although temperatures have been warmer than usual. We get ladybugs crawling in a south window on warmer days.
